How to Place an Order

Call 24 hours, 7 days a week

  1. Call the number on your membership card and tell us what you want to buy. Always have your member ID card handy when you call, we will need your group number and member ID numbers to service you.
  2. Please provide your customer satisfaction specialist with the item name, make, model number, color, size, and any other specific information that might be helpful. We will look your request up in our database of products.
  3. Or, you can place your order through www.ShoptoBuy.com.

With more than 300,000 items available, your customer satisfaction specialist will be able to offer you the item at our rock-bottom price. If an item is not readily available, we will continue shopping off-line and have you call us back (toll-free) within three (3) to five (5) business days.
